Black Spruce (Picea mariana)

Black spruce produces a very uplifting and revitalizing essential oil. It is recommended in micro diffusion for a general tonic of the nervous system, the immune system and for the refill of the solar plexus. The black spruce essential oil stimulates the endocrine system and balances the hormonal system. In period of pre-menopause and menopause, the ovaries cease their functions and the adrenal glands take the changing. The oil of black spruce stimulates and supports the adrenal glands.

It is enough to put four drops of this oil on the back of the hand and to make it penetrate the skin by rubbing the bottom of the back, just above the kidneys, for a few minutes.This method is also applicable in the event of chronic fatigue.  Muscular anti-inflammatory, just pour a few drops in the hollow of the hand along with a little vegetable oil, and gently massage the aching or painful area.

Also beneficial for prostate inflammation, intestinal mycosis, or inflammation caused by rheumatic muscles aches or pains and when the thyroid is too active.
