Balsam Fir Tree  (Abies balsamea)

It is not astonishing that the king of the forests has the place of honor at Christmas time.  Indeed, the essential oil that it releases constitutes an excellent and very useful atmospheric disinfectant at the time of these family meetings. In micro-diffusion, it makes it possible to purify and aromatize the air and to be guarded thus against infections.  In massage, it fluxes secretions of the respiratory tracts thus supporting their evacuation. It is recommended in cases of cooling, sinusitis or bronchitis, fighting the muscular pains associated with these problems.

It is enough to massage the thorax, the back, the shoulders, the arms or the legs with a vegetable oil in which you will have diluted approximately 20% of this essential oil.
